Last Updated: February 23, 2026

SpideyWrite ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Chrome extension and website.

1. Information We Collect

a) Text Content

  • Our extension runs a content script on web pages (<all_urls>) so the selection tooltip and in-page assistant can work everywhere.
  • We process text you submit (such as selected text, prompt text, and optional context like page text or YouTube transcript) when you trigger an action.
